Welcome to Olly J's Jazz Soul Boogie Band, an experienced and tremendously versatile 3 to 6 piece function band, led by the boundless energy and musicianship of Olly J Wedgwood on vocals, piano and keyboards (and sometimes even making an appearance on trumpet!).

The Jazz Soul Boogie Band perform first rate live music at a huge range of events in the UK including weddings, parties, corporate entertainment, charity events, New Year's Eve celebrations, conferences, birthdays, balls, festivals, clubs... in fact, any excuse for a party!

With over 250 well known jazz, soul and popular covers to our repertoire, we offer several styles depending on the mood you would like to create for your function. From background jazz to a full-on dance disco classics, we perform across the UK - Olly has played at over 150 functions and concerts over the last year alone! 

Ben and I just wanted to drop you a line to say THE BIGGEST Thank you to you and your awesome band!! We were so excited about you guys playing at the wedding - but honestly had no idea just how fantastic you would be. You honestly helped make our night something a little more special - I felt like we were in our own little Hollywood film - so many magical moments - all to a brilliant back drop of our fave music !!!

Both forms of the Jazz Soul Boogie Band are experienced and well rehearsed groups of professional musicians. Olly also plays as a duo (piano/vox with double bass or saxophone for example), or simply as Olly J solo on piano & vocals.

Timings for performances are flexible but tend to be either two sets of just over an hour or three sets of 45min.
